Collaborative Giveaways, Supplying Pop-Up Events

We are open to collaborating with others for exciting giveaways, pop-up events, cup sleeve events, and more! If you're interested in partnering with us, please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure we’re a good fit.

 

Let's Host a Giveaway Together!


To be eligible to co-host a giveaway with us, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Minimum of 1,000 Followers
Your account must have at least 1,000 followers to ensure that the giveaway reaches a wide audience and is engaging.

2. Cover Shipping Fees
You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the prize to the winner. This can be either domestic or international—you can decide based on your preferences or target audience.

3. Include Following Us as a Requirement
Participants must follow @shopkuteki as part of the giveaway entry rules. You will also need to screen the winners to verify they are indeed following our account. This is crucial to ensure the fairness and success of the giveaway.

 

Let Us Supply Prizes for Your Event!

We’d love to contribute prizes to your upcoming event! Here’s how it works:


1. Contact Us in Advance
Please reach out to us at least two months prior to your event. We need ample time to process your order, so we do not rush shipments. Planning ahead is key to ensuring a smooth and successful collaboration.


2. Provide a List of Desired Items
Let us know what types of items you’d like us to supply (e.g., plushies, cards, accessories, etc.). The more specific you are, the better we can curate the perfect prizes for your event.

3. Service Fees
Please note that we do charge a fee for supplying prizes. Below is a sample of our pricing structure. (PRICES WILL VARY BASED ON RARITY, SUPPLY, ETC.)
- **5 items** – $5
- **10 items** – $10
- **15+ items** – Pricing will be negotiated based on your needs and event size.

4. Shipping Fees
You will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for your prize order. This includes the cost of shipping both to you and any additional shipping for the prizes to your event location.

5. Business Cards
As part of our collaboration, we will provide you with 50 business cards that must be displayed at your event. These cards help us spread the word and build our community, so please ensure they are available for attendees to see.
